The first Padlet user group forum, organised in conjunction with the Learning and Teaching Forum, was a resounding success, with many several staff contributing to the session and showcasing their use of Padlet with students.
A shared Padlet was set up for attendees to interact with and this was enthusiastically populated and tested by everyone. Presenters included Set Chong from Biology, Mathilde Peron from Economics, Carmen Álvarez-Mayo from Language and Linguistics, Dominic Ennis from SPSW and Benjamin Poore, TFTV via a pre-recorded video (linked via the picture of Benjamin below).
The recording of the whole session can also be viewed by UoY staff.
We ran out of time to view other people’s contributions but these have been added to the shared Padlet – feel free to browse and to add your use of Padlet to inspire others. Several people have started using Padlet to add colour and interactivity to their vle sites following the event. We look forward to seeing them share their experience at the next user group forum!
